We do not allow large parties or large events out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, however, our property is suitable for small gatherings or celebrations. There is a maximum guest count of 14 at the property and we do not allow additional overnight guests that are not on the reservation.

Yes, for the comfort of our guests we offer pool heating at $75/day. It is often not necessary in the summer months as the warm temperatures keep the pool warmed!

There are 6 beach chairs that guests can pack to the beach, as well as a small cooler, and beach games.

Sunset House was designed with young families in mind! In addition to all the kid-friendly amenities and games, there is a crib in the master bedroom, a high chair, plastic bowls/cups/utensils, and baby toys.

Yes, we are pet-friendly! Up to two dogs, each under 50lbs, are welcome.

Our luxury rental is fully furnished and equipped with a drip coffee maker, Starbucks ground coffee, Sugar in the Raw, blender, Brita pitcher, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses to name a few. We provide bed linens, blankets, dedicated pool/beach towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Our luxury rental is fully furnished, however, there are a few items you should be prepared with:

Personal Electronics, including a speaker for music
Your Netflix login (or other preferred streaming service) for the Fire TVs, and outdoor movie projector, as guests will use their own login
Matches and firewood for the fire pit
A propane tank is provided for the BBQ grill, however, if it is empty you are responsible for filling it to be able to use the grill. There's a Home Depot nearby that offers refills!

Bug spray (we do spray for bugs and mosquitos year-round for maximum comfort for our guests. Seasonally, they will still present themselves in the backyard).
